A wholly new Hermès store at the Mall at Short Hills, doubling the previous footprint and taking deep inspiration from the bucolic forests and verdant gardens of eastern New Jersey. RDAI clad the façade in a cascade of green-glazed tiles capturing dappled woodland light; the signature mosaic tile floor is rendered in caramel and forest green tones that spill beyond the entrance threshold into the mall.

A full renovation and expansion of Hermès' Grant Avenue flagship in San Francisco — one of the brand's largest global boutiques. RDAI wove together classic Hermès hallmarks, including basket-weave mosaic tile floors and Greek frieze ceiling details drawn from the Paris Faubourg, with Northern California influences expressed in warm copper, terracotta, and wood tones that intensify floor to floor. A monumental solid oak staircase anchors the two-level space, with a coffee bar and made-to-measure service on the upper level.

Conceived as a freestanding shimmering glass pavilion set within a minimalist gallery lobby, the dining space pays homage to Tiffany's iconic stained glass tradition. Silver and blue glass panels filter the natural light from an adjacent courtyard, wrapping guests in a light-filled atmosphere entirely saturated in the brand's robin's egg blue.
